FAQ’S

How can I book for any of the mobile services?

  • Booking is easy. Complete our web form and specify the service(s) you want to book.

  • You can also send an email directly to styledbymisstrish@gmail.com

Do you provide consultation?

  • Yes, for any service, consultation is highly recommended.

  • We provide in-person consultation if you are within the downtown Toronto area or virtually if distance is an issue. 

  • We use several platforms when providing a virtual consultation.

How last minute can I book a service?

It is possible, depending on our availability.

What is your policy on deposits and payments?

  • Upon receipt of your email, we can proceed to the next step, consultation.

  • A $75 deposit is required to book services in this specific category. 

    • Please note that this deposit is non-refundable and non-negotiable.

  • In exceptional circumstances, the deposit can be used on a rescheduled booking (within the same category of services).

  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, Debit or E-transfers for payment of total services on the day of. Cash is always welcome. 

  • The deposit is subtracted from the due amount, and HST is extra.

How many people can have a styling session on the same booking/day?

Depending on the services chosen, up to a group of 6 can be booked.

How do I prepare for the appointment?

Specific instructions based on the type of service(s) you have booked will be emailed or sent by text.

What kind of setup do you require if it is at home or wherever my location (i.e. hotel room)?

  • Please provide a well-lit space with access to electrical outlets.

  • Access to a sink, too, is required if needed (for the services booked).
